Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for classes, workshops, sound baths, retreats and in-person events hosted by us. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation in order to secure your space.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

2. Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable.

Due to limited spaces and the preparation involved in our events, we are unable to offer refunds if you are no longer able to attend.

Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.

3. Transferring Your Space or Event Credit

If you are unable to attend, you may:

  • Gift your space to a friend
    or

  • Request that your payment be transferred as credit towards a future event

To arrange this, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the event start time.

Credits are non-refundable and may only be used for future events hosted by us.

4. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your booking to a future event.

If an event is rescheduled, you will be offered:

  • A space at the new date,

  • Credit towards a future event, or

  • A refund if the rescheduled date is not suitable.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the event schedule, location (within reasonable distance), or facilitators where necessary.

5. Health & Personal Responsibility

By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

Please inform us in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns that may affect your participation.

All practices are undertaken voluntarily and at your own pace. You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying or resting as needed.

Participation is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during an event except where caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue unavailability, government restrictions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Photography & Media

From time to time, photographs or short video clips may be taken for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be included, please inform us before the event begins and we will fully respect your wishes.
