Blossom By The Lake

Join us for a gentle afternoon of movement, stillness and connection by the water.
Blossom by the Lake is a 2.5-hour mini retreat designed to help you reset, soften and reconnect as the seasons shift. Surrounded by nature, we’ll move, breathe and pause together, creating space to feel grounded, energised and restored.
The afternoon will unfold like this:
☕ Welcome Tea (10 mins)
Arrive, settle in, and enjoy a warm cup of tea as we gather and set intentions for our time together.
🌿 Grounding Walking Meditation (15 mins)
A mindful walk by the lake to connect with the earth beneath you, the rhythm of your breath, and the calm of the water.
✨ Energising Yoga Practice (45 mins)
An uplifting, heart-opening flow to awaken the body, build gentle heat and invite fresh energy in.
🍓 Tea & Seasonal Snacks (35 mins)
Time to nourish, rest and connect. Enjoy seasonal treats and relaxed conversation in a peaceful setting.
🌙 Gentle Restorative Practice (45 mins)
We’ll slow down with supported, soothing postures designed to calm the nervous system, followed by a mini sound bath Savasana to fully absorb the day’s energy.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and softly restored — like something within you has quietly bloomed.

Extra layers/blanket (we are outdoors and temperatures can shift)

Awaken By The Water
Sunday 28th June • 11am - 3pm
By The Lake, Market Bosworth
Join Eva and Chloe for Awaken by the Water — a fully outdoor, half-day retreat set beside the beautiful lake in Market Bosworth. This immersive experience is an invitation to step away from the noise, reconnect with nature, and gently awaken your energy through movement, breath, rhythm, and rest.
We’ll begin with welcome tea and a gentle introduction to the day, allowing you to arrive slowly and ground into the space by the water. From there, you’ll be guided on a mindful walking meditation around the lake, reconnecting you to the elements and your own natural rhythm.
The energy will then build into an uplifting and accessible yoga flow with expressive movement and energising breathwork, suitable for all levels. This part of the day is designed to awaken vitality, clear stagnant energy, and leave you feeling open and alive.
After our movement practice, we’ll gather for a nourishing outdoor lunch: a vibrant Buddha bowl buffet with fresh breads, dips, cake, and herbal tea. You’ll also have space during this time for quiet reflection, journalling, or simply soaking up the surroundings and integrating the morning’s experience.
As the afternoon softens, we’ll ease into a deeply restorative yin and sound journey, allowing your body and nervous system to settle and reset before a gentle closing and slow awakening back into the rest of your day.
This is a fully outdoor event.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring:

Join Chloe and Eva (Clova) for a nourishing 3-hour Yin & Yang Mini Retreat designed to bring you back into balance - body, mind, and energy.
This immersive afternoon blends movement and stillness, strength and softness, doing and being. We’ll begin with intention setting, grounding into why you’ve come and what you’re ready to receive. From there, you’ll flow through an uplifting all levels Yang yoga class with Chloe to build heat, strength, and vitality, followed by a deeply calming Yin yoga class with Eva to soften, open, and restore the nervous system.
You’ll be guided into a blissful Yoga Nidra and sound meditation, allowing your whole system to fully rest, reset, and integrate. Expect deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of spacious clarity.
We’ll gather over herbal tea and cake, giving you time to connect, reflect, and gently return to the outer world feeling grounded, balanced, and nourished.
