Join Chloe for a 2-hour immersive experience designed to support you through the quiet turning point of late winter, where rest meets readiness and something new begins to stir beneath the surface.
This session is inspired by the seasonal energy of February. It is still inward, still tender, yet gently preparing to rise. You will be guided through a nurturing, accessible yoga flow to help you ground into your body, soften tension, and reconnect with your breath. The movement will be slow, intuitive, and supportive, focused on feeling rather than performing.
From there, you will be led into a seasonal guided meditation to root into the present moment and begin planting subtle intentions for the months ahead. This is a space to listen inward, clear what feels heavy, and make room for what wants to grow.
We will then transition into a deeply restorative sound meditation, where you can lie down, rest, and let the vibrations do the work. The sound journey is designed to support your nervous system, encourage integration, and leave you feeling calm, steady, and quietly energised.
Herbal tea and nourishing snacks are included so you can arrive gently and leave feeling truly cared for.
This immersion is perfect if you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected, craving a seasonal reset without pressure, wanting movement that feels intuitive and embodied, or ready to shift from survival mode into gentle expansion.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Bring yourself, something cosy to wear, and a willingness to slow down.

This session is inspired by the seasonal shift from stillness into movement. Spring invites us to open, soften, and begin again. We’ll begin with a flower meditation to arrive and set your intentions. You’ll be guided through a nurturing, accessible yoga flow to help you reconnect with your body, release winter heaviness, and invite in lightness and ease. The movement will be intuitive, grounding, and focused on feeling rather than performing.
From there, you’ll be led into a seasonal guided meditation to align with the qualities of spring; clarity, intention, and gentle expansion. This is a space to listen inward, refresh your energy, and plant new seeds for the months ahead.
We will then transition into a deeply restorative crystal sound bath, where you can lie down, rest, and allow the vibrations to support your nervous system and integration. The sound journey is designed to leave you feeling calm, clear, and quietly energised.

yin & yang mini retreat

Join Chloe and Eva (Clova) for a nourishing 3-hour Yin & Yang Mini Retreat designed to bring you back into balance - body, mind, and energy.
This immersive afternoon blends movement and stillness, strength and softness, doing and being. We’ll begin with intention setting, grounding into why you’ve come and what you’re ready to receive. From there, you’ll flow through an uplifting all levels Yang yoga class with Chloe to build heat, strength, and vitality, followed by a deeply calming Yin yoga class with Eva to soften, open, and restore the nervous system.
You’ll be guided into a blissful Yoga Nidra and sound meditation, allowing your whole system to fully rest, reset, and integrate. Expect deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of spacious clarity.
We’ll gather over herbal tea and cake, giving you time to connect, reflect, and gently return to the outer world feeling grounded, balanced, and nourished.

Monthly sound baths - the nest, hinckley
These monthly sound baths are an invitation to slow down and return to yourself.
Guided by crystal singing bowls and gentle intention, each session offers space to soften the body, quiet the mind and settle the nervous system. The sound moves through layers of tension and thought, creating a sense of openness, clarity and deep rest.
No two sessions are the same. Each sound bath is intuitively led, shaped by the energy of the group and the rhythm of the moment, allowing you to drop beneath the surface and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Suitable for all, these evenings are a place to pause, recalibrate and leave feeling lighter, grounded and restored.
